CURING AGENTS
Chemindustries offers full range of rubber accelerators to increase the speed of the vulcanization of rubber. We supply both primary and secondary accelerators that are suitable for both for natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds. We offer a wide range of cure speeds from delayed action to ultra-accelerators. Please check a rubber accelerators list of products that we offer. Contact our technical staff to find out the best rubber accelerator for your specific application.

TB710
Mixture of test-butylphenol disulphide polymer and stearicacid
TB710 is sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubbers. TB710 produces a high percentage of mono-sulfidic crosslinks that results in vulcanizates with superior aging characteristics. TB710 can be used as either complete or partial replacements for sulfur and thiuram and DTDM sulfur donors in EV and semi-EV type cure systems. In tires TB710 is used in the inneerliner, chafer, bead apex, sidewalls, and tread. Industrial applications include noise damping blocks, motor mounts, dock fenders, elastic threads, automobile engine hoses, gaskets, belts, and other industrial rubber products that require good heat resistance.

HT-V5
Mixture of poly-test-Amylphenoldisulfide
HT-V5 is an eco-friendly and no-bloomig sulfur donor. It acts as a vulcanizing agent and an antioxidant because of its phenolic structure. Offers high elastomer solubility and forms mono sulphide bridges with are more stable and have very good resistance to heat and ageing when compared with typical polysulphide bridges. It does not produce nitrosamines like some other sulfur donors such as DTDM and thiurams It can used as either complete or partial replacement for sulfur and thiuram and DTDM sulfur donors in EV and semi-EV type cure systems. HT-V5 can be used in the inner liner, sidewalls and apex of tire.

DTDC (CLD)
Caprolactam disulphideÂ
DTCD is a nitrosamine free and non-blooming Eco-friendly product. It is safe alternative for replacing DTDM as s sulfur donor with a comparable property profile. DTCD works in synergy with the primary accelerators in all common elastomers, such as NR, SBR, NRB, IIR and EPDM.

HD OT 20 OIL-TREATED INSOLUBLE SULFUR
HD OT 25 OIL-TREATED INSOLUBLE SULFUR
The product is a non-blooming vulcanizing agent for unsaturated rubbers. It all retard bin scorch, prevent migration of sulfur and preserve surface tack. At vulcanization temperature the product will de-polymerize to solute sulfur and will behave similar to «Rubber Maker’s» sulfur. The product is a special grade with improved flowability and dispersibility.

HS OT 20 OIL-TREATED INSOLUBLE SULFUR
HS OT in non-blooming vulcanizing agent for unsaturated rubbers. It is insoluble in rubbers, will retard bin scorch, prevent migration of sulfur and preserve surface tack. At vulcanization temperature HS OT 20 will de-polymerizw to soluble sulfur and will preserve surface back. At vulcanization temperature HS OT 20 will de-polymerize to soluble sulfur and will behave similar to «Rubber Maker’s» sulfur. HS OT 20 is a special grade with high thermal stability. It is used in compounds containing a relatively large sulfur loading above the solubility of sulfur in the rubber without non-staining and non-discolouring. The oil-treated product provides a less dusty environment. Temperature should be kept low as possible during mixing.

OT33 OIL-TREATED INSOLUBLE SULFUR
OT 33 is a non-blooming vulcanizing agent for unsaturated rubbers. It is insoluble in rubbers. It will retard bin scorch, prevent migration of sulfur and preserve surface tack. At vulcanisation temperature OT 33 will de-polymerarize to soluble sulfur and will behave similar to «Rubber Maker’s» sulfur. It is used in compounds containing a relatively large sulfur loading above the solubility of sulfur in the rubber without non-staining and non-discolouring. The product provides a less dusty environment. Temperature should be kept as low as possible during mixing. It can make the textile cord, steel cord and rubber stick solid. It can be used in large dosage rubber products compounds and it is suitable to be used at the mixing temperature below 100 C.
